31 Burbank Fees

31 Burbank Fees. Burbank Fees shall mean the sum of the Basic Fee and Incentive Fee for any calendar year (or if the period is less than a calendar year, on a prorated basis) as defined within the Daily Grill Hotel Management Agreement between Hotel Restaurant Properties, Inc. and SCH Burbank LLC dated May 13, 1998 ("Burbank Agreement").
