Example Definitions of "310 Continuous Status"
310 Continuous Status. Means that the Grantee's relationship with the Employers as a director, officer, employee or Consultant, is not interrupted or terminated. Continuous Status shall not be considered interrupted in the case of transfers between locations of an Employer, or between Employers, or, to the extent provided in Section 14.1, from an Employer to any successor of an Employer.
