325 Performance Period

325 Performance Period. Means, with respect to an Award, a period of time within which the Performance Goals relating to such Award are to be measured. The Performance Period for an Executive Compensation Plan Bonus will be a period of 12 months, and, unless otherwise expressly provided in the Plan, the 6 Performance Period for all other Awards will be established by the Committee at the time of the Award.
