364Day Credit Agreement. Means that certain Credit Agreement dated as of May 22 2001 by and among the Borrower, the lenders party thereto, Fleet National Bank, as administrative agent and The Chase Manhattan Bank, as syndication agent, as amended, modified, restated, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
