364Day Credit Facility

364Day Credit Facility. Means the revolving credit facility of the Borrower under that certain 364-Day Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of the First Amendment Effective Date, among the Borrower, Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent, and the lenders party thereto, together with any and all other amendments and supplements thereto, restatements thereof and any replacement 364-day credit facilities with respect thereto.
