507 Lease Taxes. Any tax, assessment, levy or other charge (other than any income tax or the Fairfax County BPOL gross receipts or gross expenditure taxes) by any federal, state or local law now or hereafter imposed directly or indirectly upon Landlord with respect to this Lease or the value thereof, or upon the Tenant's use or occupancy of the Premises, or upon the Base Rent, Additional Rent or any other sums payable under this Lease or upon this transaction.
