8 Return

8 Return. With respect to the Stockholders, an amount calculated like simple interest at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum calculated on the varying daily balances of Invested Capital during the period to which the 8% Return relates, and determined on the basis of a 360-day year/30-day month, cumulative for the period for which such 8% Return is being determined.
