8.875% Senior Unsecured Notes. Means the 8.875% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2021 issued pursuant to that certain Indenture (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "8.875% Senior Unsecured Note Indenture") dated as of November 6, 2012, by and among Holdings, as issuer, each of the guarantors named therein, and U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, as amended, modified, or otherwise supplemented from time to time.
