9.25% Senior Unsecured Notes. Means the 9.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2022 issued pursuant to the Indenture (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "9.25% Senior Unsecured Note Indenture") dated as of August 13, 2013, by and among Holdings, as issuer, each of the guarantors named therein, and U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, as amended, modified, or otherwise supplemented from time to time.
