9.75% Senior Unsecured Notes. Means the 9.75% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2020 issued pursuant to the Indenture (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "9.75% Senior Unsecured Note Indenture") dated as of July 16, 2012, by and among Holdings, as issuer, each of the guarantors named therein, and U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, as amended, modified, or otherwise supplemented from time to time.
