a Common Areas. All facilities furnished by Landlord and designed for the general use, in common, of occupants of the Building, including Tenant, their respective officers, agents' employees and customers, including but not limited to any of the following which may be furnished by Landlord such as parking areas, driveways, entrances and exits thereto and landscape areas.
