A3 PROPORTIONATE SHARE

A3 PROPORTIONATE SHARE. Shall mean, with respect to any date of determination, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Principal Amount of this Note and the denominator of which is the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Mortgage Notes.
