ABC Releasors. ABC, the Lenders (including holders of warrants under the Warrant Agreement), and each of their officers, directors, agents, professionals, employees, attorneys, other legal representatives, affiliates, predecessors, successors and assigns; provided, however, for the avoidance of doubt, that none of the Debtors or the Estates shall be deemed an affiliate of ABC or the Lenders by virtue of the Summary Judgment Order or otherwise.
