ABC TSR. (or ABC Total Shareholder Return) means the growth rate, expressed as a percentage, in the value of a share of common stock in the Company due to stock appreciation and dividends, assuming dividends are reinvested, during a Performance Period. For this purpose, the "Beginning Stock Price" shall mean the average closing sales prices on the New York Stock Exchange for the trading days in each month of September immediately preceding the beginning of each Performance Period; and, the "Ending Stock...
