ABL Collateral. All assets, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by Debtor, in which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted at any time by Debtor to ABL Lender as security for any ABL Obligation, it being understood that the ABL Collateral does not include the Note Priority Collateral.
