Ableco Documents

Ableco Documents. Shall mean the Ableco Financing Agreement, the other Loan Documents (as such term is defined in the Ableco Financing Agreement), all notes issued in connection with the Ableco Financing Agreement, and any and all other agreements, instruments or documents delivered or to be delivered by the Pledgor, the other Borrowers, or any of their affiliates to Ableco and the Lenders in connection therewith, in each case, as the same may be supplemented and amended from time to time.
