ABS Equipment

ABS Equipment. The equipment and Software described in this Agreement and set forth in (i) Exhibit A-1 with respect to the Mainline Fleet, and (ii) Exhibit A-2 with respect to the Regional Jet Fleet (together in each case with accompanying Documentation (per Section 3.5.1), materials and supplies necessary for the operation thereof) that Aircell installs on the A/C for the provision of the Connectivity Services.
