(together, "Absolute") on the one hand and Seller on the other hand (Absolute Software, Inc. et al v. Stealth Signal, Inc., U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas – Case No. H-05-1416) and (ii) any other current or future dispute between Seller and Absolute:
