Absolute Share Price Change. A ratio, expressed as a percentage, determined by the following formula: Absolute Share Price Change = (X-Y) divided by (Y) Wherein, X = the Share price on the third anniversary of the Grant Date; and Y = the Share price on the Grant Date. The above ratio shall be subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 3.4 of the Plan.
