ACA Shortfall

ACA Shortfall. (1) ‘ACA Shortfall' for any year means the ACA less the aggregate amount counted toward fulfillment of the ACA for such year (including any Unpaid Invoices Balance for Services performed in such year and any Unbilled Services Balance for services performed in such year) (but, in no event less than zero);
