Accelerated Determination Date

Accelerated Determination Date. (i) in the event of a Termination of Employment by reason of the death or Disability of the Employee during calendar years 2011 or 2012, the earliest practicable date following the end of calendar year 2011, and (ii) in the event of a Termination of Employment by reason of the death or Disability of the Employee during calendar year 2013, the earliest practicable date following the end of calendar year 2012.
