Accelerated Shares

Example Definitions of "Accelerated Shares"
Accelerated Shares. Shall mean those shares of the Company's common stock granted by the Company to the Executive as compensation for services that would have been forfeited in the event that the Executive's employment with the Company had been terminated by the Company for Cause in accordance with Section 11(c) below.
