Example Definitions of "Acceleration"
Acceleration. The acceleration, exercise of redemption rights, required redemption, exercise of prepayment rights or the occurrence of the Maturity Date (as defined in the Series B Note or Investor Note, as applicable), in whole or in part, of the Series B Note or the Investor Note, as applicable, in accordance with this Agreement or the applicable Underlying Agreement.
Acceleration. Acceleration.
