Acceptable Workaround. A temporary solution to an Incident that CSG has implemented, or that CSG has granted prior written consent to Customer to implement, and that allows the Ascendon System to regain functionality, provide major software functions in accordance with its intended use, and be in material compliance with all agreed-upon Ascendon System metrics.
