Acceptance Testing

Acceptance Testing. Shall mean the tests on the Applications (devised by Littlewoods and/or an Operator) to be carried out in order to establish (to Littlewoods' reasonable satisfaction) that the Applications meet the Technical Criteria

Acceptance Testing. The testing by Customer or its designee(s) of particular Deliverables provided to Customer hereunder in order to ascertain if such Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria. Acceptance Testing shall be carried out on the terms and conditions set forth in Section 5 (Acceptance)
