Acceptance Testing

Acceptance Testing. Shall mean testing performed by the Customer for the purposes of confirming that the Deliverables perform in accordance with the applicable Specifications in all material respects.

Acceptance Testing. Acceptance Testing is the performance and reliability evaluation standard that must be met by a Product acquired by Lilly hereunder.

Acceptance Testing. Means that the Equipment has been installed, commissioned and integrated, within the quality parameters and the mutually agreed specifications have been met. Acceptance Testing. Shall mean the tests on the Applications (devised by Littlewoods and/or an Operator) to be carried out in order to establish (to Littlewoods' reasonable satisfaction) that the Applications meet the Technical Criteria

Acceptance Testing. The testing by Customer or its designee(s) of particular Deliverables provided to Customer hereunder in order to ascertain if such Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria. Acceptance Testing shall be carried out on the terms and conditions set forth in Section 5 (Acceptance)
