Acceptance

Acceptance. Acceptance of the System pursuant to Section ---------- 4.2, 4.3(1), 4.3(2) or 4.3(3).

Acceptance. Shall mean that point in time when the equipment installation personnel complete testing of the equipment and Lessee concurs that the installation effort is complete, or when the equipment is placed into service, whichever first occurs.
