Accepted Customer

Accepted Customer. Shall mean those customers of ACN which are accepted by Buyer pursuant to standards to be determined from time-to-time by Buyer in its sole discretion and applied by Buyer in a consistent manner as gauged on a same UDC market, same energy product or commodity, and same customer class basis.
