Accommodation Tranche

Accommodation Tranche. A principal sum equal to the first (or so-called ‘top') FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($500,000.00) portion of the Face Amount of this Note as of the Note Date, as further referenced in and subject to the provisions of Section 8.11 below, and which such Accommodation Tranche represents a temporary credit accommodation made and extended by Lender to Borrower, as further referenced in Section 11.25 of the Loan Agreement.
