Account Control Agreement

Account Control Agreement. With respect to any Deposit Account, a control agreement substantially in the form of Annex D or such other form approved by the Lender, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Account Control Agreement. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Securities Purchase Agreement.

Account Control Agreement. Shall mean a tri-party account control agreement in the form of Exhibit 1.1(A) hereto among a Borrower, the Lender and each Relationship Bank, or such other form as reasonably is acceptable to Lender.

Account Control Agreement. Means that certain Pledged Collateral Account Control Agreement with Restricted Access dated as of March 9, 2010, by and among the Company, Tang Capital Partners, L.P. and Barclays Capital Inc.

Account Control Agreement. Means a securities account control agreement or other similar agreement with any Intermediary and shall specifically include any master securities account control agreement among the Bank and any of its affiliates, as amended from time to time.

Account Control Agreement. Means that certain Restricted Account and Securities Account Control Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, by and among Secured Party (as defined therein), Borrower and Wells Fargo Bank.

Account Control Agreement.
