Account Receivable. Shall mean any right to payment from Customers for goods sold, or leased, and delivĀ­ered, or services rendered, which is not evidenced by an instrument or chattel paper.

Account Receivable. Means, with respect to any Debtor, any and all rights of such Debtor to payment for goods sold and/or services rendered, including accounts, general intangibles and any and all such rights evidenced by chattel paper, instruments or documents, whether due or to become due and whether or not earned by performance, and whether now or hereafter acquired or arising in the future, and any proceeds arising therefrom or relating thereto.
Account Receivable. Means, with respect to any Debtor, any right of such Debtor to payment for goods sold or leased or for services rendered.
