Account Rights

Account Rights. Any and all rights and claims (vorderingsrechten) whether present or future, whether actual or contingent, of the Pledgor with respect to or against an Account Bank in respect of any Account or arising out of any other arrangement (including but not limited to any cash pool arrangement or netting arrangement with an Account Bank)
