Account. The Cash Account and the Digital Asset Account.

Account. The account or accounts specified in the Account Control Agreement

Account. All "Accounts" as defined in the UCC and, in addition, includes all accounts receivable, general intangibles, payment intangibles, chattel paper, and other rights to payment arising from the sale of goods, inventory or other property or services, all general intangibles relating thereto and all proceeds thereof.

Account. The records maintained by the Committee (or its designee) to determine the Eligible Director's deferrals under the Plan. Such Account may be reflected as an entry in the Corporation's records, or as a separate account under a trust or as a combination of both. The Committee may establish such additional subaccounts as it deems necessary for the proper administration of the Plan.

Account. A bookkeeping account, established in the name of each Participant and maintained by FirstSun or the Bank, as applicable, which is credited with LTIP Units awarded to the Participant. A Participant's Account shall be utilized solely as a device for the determination and measurement of the amount of settlement due to the Participant pursuant to this Plan and shall not constitute or be treated as a trust fund of any kind.

Account. The bookkeeping account established by the Bank under this Agreement for the benefit of Executive and to which the Bank shall record the amount of each contribution
