Account. The Cash Account and the Digital Asset Account.
Account. The account or accounts specified in the Account Control Agreement
Account. All "Accounts" as defined in the UCC and, in addition, includes all accounts receivable, general intangibles, payment intangibles, chattel paper, and other rights to payment arising from the sale of goods, inventory or other property or services, all general intangibles relating thereto and all proceeds thereof.
