Account

Account. One or both of the Phantom Fixed Income Account and the Phantom Stock Unit Account, as the context provides

Account. The bookkeeping account established for each Participant under this Plan, as further described in Section 7.

Account. A bookkeeping account established and maintained by the Company for a Participant in accordance with Section 6 to which is credited all or a portion of the Participant's Bonus Award for a Fiscal Year and to which are credited income, gains and losses in accordance with Section 6.3

Account. A bookkeeping account established for the benefit of a Director under Section 6 used solely to measure and determine the amounts credited under the Plan on his behalf. A Director's Account may include sub-accounts consisting of a Cash Account and a Deferred Share Unit Account.

Account. A bookkeeping account established for the benefit of a Participant used to record, for each RSU Award, (i) amounts elected to be converted into RSUs, (ii) the number of corresponding RSUs, (iii) the number of Premium RSUs, (iii) any earnings or losses on such amounts, and/or (iv) any other information determined by the Administrator as necessary or appropriate.

Account. A bookkeeping account established for the benefit of a Director used to record (i) amounts deferred pursuant to Section 5 and (ii) any credits on and adjustments of such amounts pursuant to Section 6. A Director's Account may include sub-accounts consisting of a Deferred Stock Unit Account and a Restricted Stock Unit Account, or such other sub-accounts as determined by the Administrator.
