Accounting Accrued Liability. Means the accumula­tion of annual bookkeeping entries made by Employer to account for Executive's accrued benefit liability under this Agreement, using the Accounting Interest Rate and where the accrued benefit equals the Annual Accrual Factor multiplied by the Normal Retirement Benefit.
