Accounts

Accounts. Defined in the Uniform Commercial Code from time to time in effect in the State of New York (the "UCC")

Accounts. Accounts. Includes all accounts and accounts receivable arising from Seller's sales of inventory or rendition of services, including those under any trade names, through any division and through any selling agent, and all other assets defined as accounts under the UCC.
