Accrued Benefits. As of the Termination Date, the sum of: (i) Executive's Base Salary earned but not paid for the time period ending with the Termination Date; (ii) any other earned but unpaid amounts as of the Termination Date, and (iii) any other payments or benefits to be provided to Executive by Orion pursuant to any employee benefit plans or arrangements adopted by Orion, to the extent such amounts are due from Orion.
Accrued Benefits.
