Example Definitions of "Accrued Rights"
Accrued Rights. (i) any unpaid annual base salary accrued through the Date of Termination, (ii) any accrued but unpaid vacation pay, (iii) rights to elect continuation coverage under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 ("COBRA") and (iv) any previously unreimbursed business expenses incurred by you on behalf of the Company.
Accrued Rights. Accrued Rights.
