Accused VIA Products

Accused VIA Products. (1) the VIA products accused of infringing the OPTi Patents in OPTi Inc's P.R. 3-1 Disclosure of Asserted Claims and Infringement Contentions, dated February 19, 2008, including each "VIA product complying with the Intel Low Pin Count (LPC) Specification" (OPTi's 3-1 Disclosure, p. 7), and (2) any and all products that, in the absence of the license granted in Section 3 below, would infringe any claim of any of the OPTi Patents.
