Example Definitions of "Achievement Percentage"
Achievement Percentage. Means the percentage of achievement determined by the Committee after the end of the Performance Cycle in accordance with Section 4 that reflects the extent to which the Company achieved the Performance Goals during the Performance Cycle.
Achievement Percentage. Means the percentage of achievement determined by the Committee after the end of the Performance Cycle Period in accordance with Section 4 3 of this Award Agreement that reflects the extent to which the Company achieved the Performance Goals during the Performance Cycle. Achievement Percentage. Achievement Percentage. Means the applicable percentage specified with respect to the "Threshold," "Target" and "Maximum" levels for the Performance Measure, or a percentage determined using linear interpolation if actual performance falls between any two specified levels, all as determined under Section 3(a)(iii) below.
