ACIS Tools
ACIS Tools. Means the tools, class libraries, utilities and other programs developed or acquired by ACIS relating to the ACIS Kernel (including the W++ preprocessor), as well as any Derivatives thereof created by or for ACIS during the term of this Agreement.
