Acknowledgements

Acknowledgements. The Executive agrees and acknowledges that the promises and obligations made by the Company in this Agreement (specifically including, but not limited to, the payments and benefits provided for under Section 5.1(b) and (d) hereof) constitute sufficient consideration for the covenants contained in this Article 6 and Schedule B.
