Example Definitions of "Acknowledgment"
Acknowledgment. Has the meaning specified for such term in the Preamble hereto.
Acknowledgment. Shall mean a Direction and Acknowledgment, the form of which is annexed hereto as Exhibit C.
Acknowledgment. The Borrower and each Guarantor, by its acknowledgment hereto, hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Obligations, including, without limitation, the indebtedness evidenced by the Notes and all interest thereon and related fees and charges, are, among other things, guaranteed by the Guaranties.
Acknowledgment. Each Investor acknowledges and understands that (i) the Company possesses material nonpublic information regarding the Company not known to the Investor that may impact the value of the Warrants (the "Information"), and that the Company is unable to disclose the Information to the Investor.
