ACN CallCentersourced Customers

ACN CallCentersourced Customers. Shall mean those customers of ACN which have initiated contact with ACN, via an inbound call, to ACN's call center, and requested to become a customer of ACN and have ultimately purchased one or more Energy Products from ACN, which customers (a) are Accepted Customers and (b) have been or will be billed by Buyer during or as of the relevant measurement period.
