Acquired Class A Units

Acquired Class A Units. The aggregate number of Class A Units in the capital of the Company acquired by members of the Berkshire Owner Group on or prior to the time of any determination on any Determination Date, or any other securities or equity interests into which such units shall be converted or exchanged pursuant to an amalgamation, arrangement, merger, business combination, recapitalization or other transaction, without giving effect to any reduction resulting from any Common Sale or Sale Transaction.
