Acquisition Date

Acquisition Date. The date BioMarin consummates the purchase of the shares of capital stock of Ascent pursuant to the Ascent Securities Purchase Agreement

Acquisition Date. (a) in relation to Partnership Shares, where there is no Accumulation Period, the meaning given by paragraph 50(4) of the Schedule (b) in relation to Partnership Shares, where there is an Accumulation Period, the meaning given by paragraph 52(5) of the Schedule; and (c) in relation to Dividend Shares, the meaning given by paragraph 66(4) of the Schedule

Acquisition Date. Means, with respect to Shares, the respective dates on which the Shares are sold or issued under the Plan pursuant to an Award.

Acquisition Date. The end of the Purchase Period (as specified by the Committee in the invitation), at which time the Purchase Right granted under the Plan may be exercised and Shares acquired on behalf of the Participant

Acquisition Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture.
