Acquisition Documents

Acquisition Documents. Has the meaning set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement.

Acquisition Documents. Means this Agreement (including any schedule or exhibit hereto), the Acquisition Agreement (including any schedule or exhibit thereto), and any other agreement, instrument, certificate, or other document delivered by or on -2- behalf of any party hereto or the Company in connection with this Agreement, the Acquisition Agreement, or any of the other transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

Acquisition Documents. Has the meaning given to it in the Purchase Agreement.
