Acquisition Notes. (i) that certain Acquisition Note dated March 31, 2001 in the amount of Forty-Two Million U.S. Dollars (U.S. $42,000,000) issued under and pursuant to the Financing Agreement and (ii) all other Acquisition Notes (as such term is defined in the Financing Agreement), if any, that have been issued by Xcel from time to time with respect to any Acquisition Loan (as such term is defined in the Financing Agreement) under and pursuant to the Financing Agreement.
