Acquisition Shares

Acquisition Shares. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Acquisition Shares. Shall mean the shares of Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock and Common Stock which the Purchaser will have a right to acquire upon the conversion of the Notes.

Acquisition Shares. Means the shares of Cubist Common Stock issued at the Effective Time pursuant to the Acquisition and/or the shares of Cubist Common Stock issued or issuable upon exchange of Exchangeable Shares issued at the Effective Time pursuant to the Acquisition.

Acquisition Shares.
