Acquisition

Acquisition. (i) the acquisition by the Company of, or the consummation by the Company of a tender offer for, all of the then outstanding common units of an Affiliated Entity, (ii) the acquisition by an Affiliated Entity of, or the consummation by an Affiliated Entity of a tender offer for, all of the then outstanding common units of the Company or (iii) the consolidation of the Company and any Affiliated Entity.

Acquisition. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
