Action Plan. A document issued by Customer to Supplier describing a measured failure of Supplier's compliance with this Agreement and includes a detailed plan of action to be undertaken by Supplier to rectify any such failure, specifying the measures to be taken, the anticipated results and the date when the implementation will take place
